Deprivation means depriving from fundamental needs of an individual increase vulnerability towards victimization of several rights violations and abuses and even threat to life. Thus right to education and right to health must be guaranteed by the state authorities. Deprivation means deprived of equal opportunity to access health facilities, blanket health insurance; no definition of basic health; doctor regime in health system are threats to the realization of equal health opportunities.Weak Governance and inadequate accountability efforts by citizens in health and education has violated the right of education and health. The main causes of deprivation are Honor Society, Protectionist Approach, Absence of Rationale and Human Rights Based Interventions, Denial of Independent Individual Status as a person.
